Great and neat device. No monthly subscriptions and only once off price. Gives that little bit of comfort when our Beagle hits the road. App works well and easy to navigate. We're happy with this product and hope it will keep going strong!

Brilliant the GPS functionality helped us find our dog, who managed to run into the next field. It would have been impossible to find her without PitPat.

Our first experience of purchasing a dog tracker - for our energetic spaniel. Pitpat product is great, easy to set up and use, we hope not to need it for losing our dog but the daily activity data is good and we love the “badges” that our dog is awarded ! Highly recommended

We’ve had the PitPat GPS tracker for a few months now, and love it. Love that we can track down our dog to within a few metres.
Customer support is fantastic and helpful….it was me having the problems not the tracker!
It looks fantastic, we have the black with orange paw which matches our boys orange collar.
It’s great to be able to support a local company too.
Look forward to seeing what PitPat bring us next!

We already had the previous pitpat, but the process to update to the gps version was very simple. Good battery life so far and accurate location when we've tested it out whilst in various locations. Also like the fact there's no hidden monthly subscription costs :)

I love the pitpat! My dog is quite small and has a tendency to explore the woods! He blends into the trees so was always a bit of a panic when I couldn't see him. The pit pat GPS gives a great peace of mind! Turns out he never really wanders that far but when he does I'm never far behind him. He's also happier as he can just be a dog and be free off the lead! His recall has actually got better since we've built more trust. Highly recommend GPS picks him up quickly and gives plenty of warning to charge batteries - which last a while anyway!

I had a few questions pre buying - there was always someone quick to pick up the phone to give helpful friendly advice without any hard sell
The Pitpat itself is great and encourages us to make sure our dog has done enough exercise to get his star!! :)

Absolutely love our pink pit pat gps it works great when she goes with a dog walker I love seeing where she’s having her adventures & also to have peace of mind knowing I can find her if she ever got out the house or garden or runs off on a walk. Plus being able to keep track of how much she walks or moves around the house all day & knowing she’s getting enough play & exercise & knowing that she’s keeping moving even if we’re stuck in the house when it’s to hot or to cold or wet to be outside

Awesome little piece of kit for both activity tracking and GPS. GPS is spot on accurate especially when set on the enhanced frequency.

Team support was second to none too. I wasn’t sure on where to find something on the app and so I reached out to them. I had a smart reply back within the hour.

I have had other trackers and this leaves them in the shade! Well done Pitpat

I started with the activity monitor and couldn’t wait to get the tracker. It certainly hasn’t let me down. Tracks superbly and is very waterproof. It links nicely with the food and weighing bowl. I have a slim and happy pooch with a very happy owner. Many thanks PIT PAT

Love my dogs Pitpat and the service in general. We originally purchased the activity tracker when she was a puppy and upgraded last year you the GPS and it's amazing! I had a issue when I first got it which they resolved straight away, and I love the peace of mind I get with having the GPS. I have tried other brands but find this the best, I open it up when we start our walk so I can keep track of her if I can't see her. Amazing never had a issue and recommend them to everyone who asks ?

Love the pit pat tracker as gives confidence if my puppy is lost. Long battery life too so don't have to keep worrying about charging. The only thing I would say is I'm gutted they are now reduced as I paid 149 pounds plus joined the basic membership for the microchipping not long before I purchased the tracker. I was hoping yo perhaps get thst refunded

This tracker has worked pretty well, it does take quite some time for the app to find the tracker when you request the location of the dog, but I guess it’s because the signal maybe weak. However I have found the dog when she has gone walkabout, the pointer compass on the app helped me to home in on her exact location.

Great product and good communication from customer support. Everything you need is in the box fir a one of price. No costly subscription.

There are additional optional features you can add on fir a monthly cost. But totally optional and not needed to track your dogs fitness and find them if lost.

Upgraded my standard PitPat to a tracker - the only drawback is there is no notification regarding battery life so I hadn't realised mine had run out so didn't record anything for 3 days - I now try to check it regularly but a reminder would be soooo useful
